FAQs
Can I use the MCP with other AI tools like ChatGPT?
This is not currently supported out of the box. If you're the admin for the AI platform of choice, contact your customer success manager, and we'll do our best to get you set up.
Can others in my organization see my chats?
No, unless you are in a Shared Project, in which case your colleagues also in that project would be able to see them.
What can Claude/Copilot see?
Exactly what you see. Your access mirrors your MedScout permissions, so nothing shows up that wouldn't show up when you log into MedScout directly.
